BROILED FILLETS WITH GARLIC BUTTER AND MUSTARD BREADCRUMBS
Its a good rule of thumb to always toss a lemon into your shopping cart when buying fish for dinner, as alot of fish recipes- including this one- call for lemon juice or zest. Even if your simply broiling, baking or poaching the fish, a squeeze of lemon adds an incomparable fresh flavor. If your out of lemons when you make this dish, sub 3 tablespoons of bottled or frozen lemon juice and omit the zest.
