Handy’s Awesome Crab Cakes

Traditional crab cake recipe featuring our Crab Cake Combo meat from Handy International. Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg (slightly mixed)
  • 8 oz Handy Crab Cake Combo

How to Prepare:

  1. Open Crab Cake Combo container, remove product and reserve lump meats
  2. Whisk together all ingredients except crab meat
  3. Fold in special / claw meat then reserved lump meat
  4. Form into 3 oz. cakes and refrigerate until firm
  5. Saute on each side until golden brown and serve
